August 9, 2017 -- Glucose Health, Inc. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with Walmart

BENTONVILLE, AR – Glucose Health, Inc. (OTC: “GLUC”) (“Company”), today announced the successful implementation of EDI with Walmart, completing the Company’s year-long initiative to automate processing of purchase orders, issuance of invoices and shipping documents and receipt of payments.

Today, an electronic Walmart purchase order for Glucose Health® automatically generates an electronic shipping notice to Northwest Arkansas Logistics LLC (NWA), the Company’s Rogers, AR based logistics provider. NWA generates an electronic weigh bill and as each Glucose Health® shipment is scanned upon delivery to a Walmart distribution center, an electronic Glucose Health, Inc. invoice is issued to Walmart for payment. Upon receipt of the invoice, Walmart issues electronic payment instructions to Citibank, NA2 and, in a matter of days, funds for settlement of the invoice are wired to the Company’s bank account.

Glucose Health, Inc. CEO, Murray Fleming, stated:

“From purchase orders to bank deposits, Glucose Health, Inc. is one of just a select group of Walmart suppliers to fully lever the breadth of efficiencies of Walmart’s supply chain and automate all manual processes – positioning the Company to achieve improved product margins and continued growth.

“Additionally, all electronic purchase orders, invoices and payments are integrated with the Company’s accounting system for inclusion in quarterly and annual financial statements and for review by the Company’s PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board) registered auditor.
